Uses of the erotic
Grounded in the pleasure-manifesto Uses of the Erotic by Audre Lorde, this coaching session will teach participants 7 uses of the erotic and how center one’s self in their healing practices. Participants will be able to name 8 channels of their Erotic Self and how use erotic energy to transform their healing, center their pleasure, and (re-) connect to their body.

In this coaching session, you will explore the 8 channels of your erotic self. By creating your erotic origin story of healing and pleasure, you will be able to identity your core wounds, core needs, and core desires. With radical honesty and radical authenticity, this will become your measuring stick in how you show up in your lovership & become clear on your relationship to your pleasure, power, & pain.
Healing Your Erotic Energy
Erotic energy is one of the 8 channels of The Erotic Self. Healing one’s erotic energy is essential to how we receive and give , experience- fulfilment, pleasure, and joy. It is the bridge to the mind-body connection. It is the result of how desirable we feel in our body. In this coaching session, Intuitive Healer & Erotic Coach, Lisa Cunningham joins Queen in co-facilitating the lesson that will assist you in creating a healing-framework for energy healing and erotic practices.
Erotic IQ
The program is not talking the ableist IQ, but the ability to erotically self-aware (i.e. erotic mindfulness). From your erotic narrative, in this coaching session, you will continue to explore your relationship to pleasure, power, and pain (i.e. your lovership). You will learn how to take care of your core wounds with an emotional coaching system & take care of your emotional well-being in this journey.
